Our Organic Olio Nuovo is a seasonal delicacy that's best enjoyed fresh. With notes of green olive, herbaceous artichoke, and green apple, this olive oil is limited in release and is only available for a few short months! This is the perfect olive oil for drizzling over fresh pasta along a generous shaving of Parmigiano Reggiano or over toasted bread with a sprinkling of sea salt.

Seven varieties of our estate olives - Coratina, Frantoio, Leccino, Leccio del Corno, Maurino, Moraiolo, and Pendolino - are blended to create this extraordinary oil, with Frantoio olives as the backbone. This blend gives Olio Nuovo the fruitiness, balance, and pungency that are hallmarks of this classic, Mediterranean-style olive oil.
