Today, La Foresta is not only a boutique producer operating under its own brand — it is also a trusted manufacturer supplying raw materials, aroma concentrates, and bulk liqueurs to some of the world’s leading liqueur houses.
Our products are delivered with a focus on quality and reliability, available in various packaging formats including 70 cl porcelain bottles, 50 L barrels, 200 L stainless steel drums, and 1000 L IBC tanks.
All production processes are carried out in compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC and Kosher standards;
each batch is meticulously tested for aromatic profile, viscosity, density, and alcohol balance before shipment.
Our collection features four signature liqueurs:
Curaçao, vibrant and zesty with triple-distilled orange peels;
Madagascar Vanilla, velvety and aromatic with the world’s finest Bourbon vanilla;
Crème de Cassis, intensely fruity with deep violet elegance; and
Coffee Liqueur, rich and smooth, crafted from organic Arabica beans from Honduras.
